IDEAL SYSTEMS’ First Project Combining the Broadcast and the new AV Division

Ta Kung Wen Wei Media Group (TKWWMG) formed in 2016 when two prominent pro-Beijing newspapers, with offices in Hong Kong, merged to create a new entity called Ta Kung Wen Wei Media Group.

Head Architecture of Hong Kong designed the new TKWWMG office space and IDEAL Systems was awarded the technical aspect project which consisted of the design and installation of a television studio and social media video production facility and their internal Audiovisual facilities. The AV project was awarded in January 2017 and successfully completed in June 2017.

In July of 2016 IDEAL Systems had just opened their new Audiovisual division which they created to both expand their business reach and offload the AV responsibilities previously covered by the broadcast division. The TKWWMG office was IDEAL’s first major project that was to use the combined effort of the Broadcast Division, Interior Design Studio and the new AV Division. Having these technical and creative resources as well as IDEAL’s other specialties under one roof is what provides Ideal’s unique strength in the Asia Pacific region.

The Broadcast Division designed and built the two-set studio including VR Set with tracking, and the physical set with open office backdrop. All ancillary systems such as studio lighting, production control room, post production station, and a small central equipment room were also designed and built by IDEAL.
